Clinical Supervision for LPC Associates

I offer clinical supervision for Oregon Professional Counselor Associates working toward licensure. I meet Oregon’s requirements as a qualified supervisor and provide supervision that aligns with OBLPCT rules and associate licensure standards. My supervision style is supportive, structured, and growth-oriented. I help associates build confidence in clinical decision-making, strengthen case conceptualization and treatment planning, navigate ethical and legal responsibilities, and develop a sustainable professional identity. Supervision includes a balance of case consultation, skills development, and reflective practice, tailored to your setting and client population. Supervision is offered via secure telehealth and can include individual and/or small-group formats, depending on fit and availability.
