About Us
Hailey Halesworth, LPC, CADC II (She/They)
Clinical Director/Clinician
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT). I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II), a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Clinical Supervisor for LPC Associates with the OBLPCT.
My focuses are on working with individuals struggling with trauma, complex trauma/PTSD, and eating disorders. I also specialize in helping individuals living with a chronic medical condition (diabetes type 1 & 2, hypertension, heart disease, etc) live a fuller life. I am an Oregon native who loves traveling, art, and the outdoors.
I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, which means I’m a fully licensed clinician who has completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training and advanced consultation and experience requirements demonstrating proficiency in EMDR therapy. This certification reflects an ongoing commitment to high standards, specialized trauma care, and continued education so I can offer EMDR in a skilled, ethical, and effective way. At this time, I only see individuals for virtual therapy or clinical supervision via a HIPAA compliant video platform.

Alex Pelaez, LPC Associate (He/him/his)
Behavioral Health Clinician
I am an Associate Professional Counselor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT), practicing under the clinical supervision of Hailey Clark, LPC, CADC II.
My goal is to create an empowering, compassionate environment where clients can safely engage in self-discovery, build resilience, and offer themselves grace as they heal. I recognize that therapy takes true courage, and I prioritize building trust and rapport while fully honoring each client’s unique identity, culture, and personal values.
Grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), I believe we gain deep insight by exploring our social and cultural connections—and where disconnections may have caused pain. In our work together, you can practice vulnerability, strengthen your voice, and develop practical coping skills. I integrate creative and body-centered modalities—including music, artwork, and somatic experiences—to support holistic healing for both mind and body.At this time, I only see individuals for virtual therapy via a HIPAA compliant video platform.
