Provider Rates
Hailey Halesworth can bill for all insurance providers in the center of this page. Individuals will be responsible for any copays after insurance has paid.
Costs:$250 per individual therapy session (53 minutes) $275 per individual intake (53-90 minutes) charged to your insurance. I also offer a sliding scale rate (ranging from $100-$250 depending on annual income) if you do not have insurance. Please reach out if you have questions about this.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Clinical supervision is offered at a flat rate of $150 per 60-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve arranged a standing monthly schedule. If you’re interested in ongoing supervision, we can talk about a consistent meeting rhythm that fits OBLPCT requirements and supports your licensure goals. LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT We acknowledge that the land now known as Bend, Oregon, rests on the traditional homelands of the Northern Paiute, Wasco, and Warm Springs peoples. These lands were ceded to the United States in the Treaty with the Tribes of Middle Oregon in 1855, leading to the forced removal of these peoples to the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
